Ordering & Payment Issues
Q: How come when I enter my credit card info, my card is rejected?
A: There may be a few reasons why your card has been rejected!
If a mistake was made, the order error will normally tell you what the problem was or:
1. Make sure you entered your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
2. Make sure you put in the CVV Number which appears on the back of your card or on front depending which card you are using.
3. Make sure the card is either Amex, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
4. The IP Address did not match the credit card city & state.
Shipping Methods & Rates
StoneyStraps.com uses United States Postal Service (USPS) & United Postal Service (UPS) as the primary carriers for all our items. Our shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT and SIZE of your shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
Only orders that are shipped to addresses in California are subject to state sales tax. Sales tax is charged on the products purchases and also on the shipping and handling amount.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us at Return with RMA only to obtain an RMA number within 7 days. Exchanges for a different style or size will be shipped both ways at buyers expense.
Adding Items To Your Cart
You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the (add to cart) button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, update quantity, delete an item, continue shopping, empty the shopping cart, or check out.
Removing Items From Your Cart
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Delete Item" icon located within the shopping cart at the far right of each row. If you want to delete all items from your cart, you need to press the "Empty Cart" button located below the shopping cart.

If you are unable to recall making a purchase from us and have what appears to be an unauthorized charge, please contact Customer Service. If the investigation of the charge turns out to be fraudulent, you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the purchase.
